Cooking with Jason

FOOD news and events on Saturna

Saturday, October 18, Cooking with Jason
Chef Jason Malloff treated a keen group to his first on-island cooking class. Jason provided excellent and enlightening instruction in making: baked chocolate mousse  (chii-infused ganache, orange-chocolate soup) with sponge toffee topping; apple, forest mushroom and hazelnut salad with apple vinaigrette; halibut with mussel-saffron cream sauce; lemon-tomato smashed potatoes. YUM!!
We're looking forward to more . . .
