Jason Malloff says goodbye (we hope temporarily!)

"I am very sad to say I will not be coming back to serve as Chef at the vineyard Bistro this season. I would like to thank all of you for the opportunity to cook for you, work with you, teach you and get to know you. I will miss you. Currently I am in Mexico and have decided to make a go of things down here for a while. Saturna, however, is a place that has gotten into my heart and when I get the funding I plan to return to have something there. If you wish to contact me, you can reach me at jmalloff@gmail.com."
